Oh dear!

I just had the image of you as a graffiti artist of the Mondrian school, and your photographs here are records of your work.

This would explain how you come across so many similar examples, and the unnaturally brilliant colors (because the paint is always fresh).

Thanks, Frank. For reasons known, I assume, to someone (but not me) the grimiest, most run-down industrial parts of town seem also to be the most garishly painted. Which, obviously, is fine by me.
