I learned an important lesson today - never carry an SLR, a 16-85 mm lens, a 70-200 f 2.8 lens, and a monopod in a bag over your shoulder for 8 hours. Just don't do it, O.K.? Especially not that 70-200.

And, if you can avoid aimlessly milling hordes of your fellow human beings, that'd be O.K., too.
